Free Mainland UK Delivery

Completely free on all orders over £500 to mainland UK. For orders under £500, a standard £49 fee applies.

White-Glove Service

Our 2-person team brings your sofa to your room of choice, assembles it if required, and removes all packaging.

Delivery Timeline

In-stock items: 3–7 working days. Made-to-order: 4–6 weeks. We confirm your 3-hour window 48 hours before.

Cash on Delivery

Pay your driver via cash or mobile card terminal only once your furniture has arrived and you are satisfied.

Defective Returns Only

We currently only accept returns for products that arrive defective or faulty. Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify the driver or contact us immediately.

Exchanges Available

Want a different style or color? We gladly accept exchanges. A standard £50 logistics fee applies to cover the collection of the original item and redelivery of your new sofa.

Condition of Goods

For exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept exchanges for goods that have been damaged or structurally altered after delivery.

How to Initiate

Email uksofashop.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number. If reporting a defect, please include photos. We'll arrange a collection or exchange date within 48 hours.
