Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of uksofashop.co.uk and the purchase of goods from UK Sofa Shop (UK Sofashop LTD). By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an acknowledgement email upon receipt. This is not an acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We offer Cash on Delivery — payment is due in full to the delivery driver upon arrival, via cash or mobile card terminal.

Free delivery applies to Mainland UK orders over £500. Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors. We will notify you of any significant delays.

You may cancel before dispatch free of charge. After delivery, you have 30 days to return items in original condition. A £50 collection fee applies, deducted from your refund. Faulty items are collected free of charge.

All sofas include a 10-year structural guarantee covering the frame and springs. This excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, and fabric fading.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
